2007 Sabercats Season

The Sault Sabercats Football Club was established on November, 2001. The Sabercats are a community based amateur football program that is affliliated with the SAULT MINOR FOOTBALL LEAGUE, and is for players 19 and under. The Sault Sabercats Football Club is a non-profit organization and is a member of the ONTARIO VARSITY FOOTBALL LEAGUE. The OVFL consists of over 1000 of Ontario's finest football players. The league operates during the months of June, July, and part of August.

The emphasis is on teaching skills and developing football fundamentals while playing at a competitive level. Our program provides approximately 40-55 youths, 19 years and under, the opportunity to play and participate in a full season of football. Approximately 45 to 55 of the youths will be players with approximately 10 to 20 others involved in the off field activities of the football team.
